Radial position single ER-16 live tool spindle driven by a 1 kW (1.5hp) servomotor with a rated torque of 3.2 N · m and includes a matching AC servo driver to achieve optimal servo performance. The CNC control is 5-axis capable. We use the X, Z, and C axes on the lathe, and we have two additional axes to program the live tool spindles, which can perform tapping and other milling operations
