Customer support is the cornerstone of our business. Because we are building the machines in Southern California we also have produced the operator manuals, electrical schematics, and engineering documentation to support our machines. We have technical phone support available 24/7. We can provide many different levels for CNC programing training depending on what level the customer is starting from. We also provide turnkey applications, providing machines that are already programmed and tooled when they arrive at your facility. We have narrowed the options of machine models and CNC manufacturers to make sure we have all the spare parts needed to support every model of machine we sell. Our latest addition are the gang tool dual spindle lathes which are visible here.
