• Quotes: All quotes provided by CNC New, Inc. are valid for the period specified on the quote document. If no period is specified, quotes are valid for 30 days.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation. Prices do not include applicable taxes, freight, rigging, or installation unless explicitly stated in your final invoice.

4. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS

• Freight: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all machinery and parts are shipped FOB Origin from our Santa Ana, California facility.
• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
• Delays: CNC New, Inc. is not liable for delivery delays caused by freight carriers, customs, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events.

5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

• New Machinery Warranty: New machines manufactured by CNC New, Inc. are subject to their specific written warranty policies provided at the time of purchase.
• General Disclaimer: EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTIES PROVIDED WITH YOUR EQUIPMENT, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." CNC NEW, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CNC New, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, machine downtime, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of our website or the operation/failure of our machinery, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, machine schematics, engineering designs, and brochures, is the exclusive property of CNC New, Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
