Customer owned GT-27 sent to CNC New for upgrade to new GSK 980TDc-H CNC control and new 80SJTA-M024E .75 Kw X & Z axis motors. Work includes all re-wired GSK motors and drives, modified and painted CNC sheet metal box CNC and switch box, all new electrical components including panel mount switch, relays, contactors, fuse holders, terminal blocks, din rail, conduit and new wire three phase and low voltage connectors. Special motor mounts and couplers new liquid tight cable for both X & Z axis. A general preventative maintenance of the machine and any additional repair recommendations made during this process and evaluation. Lead-time two to four weeks from receipt of the machine. Utilizes original spindle motor and drive. Mechanical repairs quoted separately during machine evaluation and upgrade process.
