Live Tool Options

CNC New, Inc. live tool spindles allow for a wide range of drilling, tapping and milling operations to enhance the machine's flexibility for small to large lot runs. With the C-Axis Servo Motor control spindle and a caliper brake, you can perform very aggressive and precise work on these machines. Additionally, because our gang lathes modular design, the available configuration options will enable you to create a machine that will more precisely fulfill your application requirements. The modular design provides additional value, as it gives you the ability to easily modify the machine's capabilities as application demands change. We now have ER-20 and ER-25 spindles with servo driven live tools that can be mounted in the radial and axial locations on the two smaller lathes. Y-Axis, static tool turret, and drive tool turrets are available on the GT-15 model lathe.
