This machine has hardened ways that are precision ground and will provide heavy duty turning as well as fine finishes and high accuracies. Preloaded super precision bearing that will ensure high accuracy through the full range of speeds supports the main spindle. The main spindle shafts and gears in the headstock are made of high-grade alloy steel, and are hardened & precision ground for high speed running with a lowered noise levels. The apron of the machine is equipped with a lubrication system to all the slide-ways and ball screws. The ball screws are hardened and precision ground for long life while maintaining precision accuracies. GSK is already the number two largest CNC control builder in the world. Last year they sold over 100,000 CNC controls. They provide complete systems that include motors, drive and controls. The product is very modular by design and allows for a very easy exchange of major components for dealing with service issues. One of the benefits for us is quick delivery, no minimum orders, and stream lined integration interface process. This is a very aggressive full featured control with 2ms block processing and programs with G-codes and M-functions similar to Fanuc.
