The GSK 980MDi CNC control is a complete digital system utilizing absolute encoders. We have a wide selection of servo motors is 80 mm, 110 mm, 130 mm, and 175 mm flange sizes up to 30 Nm in torque. We can quote a complete system once we know the number of motors and sizes required. We can provide these components where you can do a direct replacement of the existing components, and we also offer complete CNC kits where the drives are pre-wired in an electrical cabinet and the CNC in a new enclosure. GSK CNC controls are not developed on a PC hardware system but are a hardened CNC where the software is burnt into the eproms of the hardware providing maximum reliability.

The modular design of the products allows quick replacement of major components if or when required. GSK provides complete CNC systems, which include all required motors, drives, cables, and controls. Each control we purchase has the available axis and the PLC logic for us to produce our sophisticated machine systems. The NEW 980MDi CNC control with updated software/hardware is a very aggressive full-featured control with 2ms block processing and programs with G-codes and M-functions. This control uses the GSKLINK bus technology, matched with 17-bit absolute encoders that carry out automatic recovery of the system power-on no-block mechanical zero return, servo parameter on-line modification or servo state on-line diagnosis, etc. We are using a servomotor and drive on the machine's main spindle motor with a wide option of horsepower available. We have available post processors in Fusion 360 for the GSK CNC controls.
