The RMD tubing bender offers the tube bender the most value for the investment. New to our mandrel benders is the RMD Model 350 that uses a rigid 2200 lb frame with industrial grade hydraulics to securely hold the pressure die, follower die, and mandrel. This line of new mandrel pipe benders allows for perfect 1-1/2 times the OD for bending from 1/2 up to 3 inch tubing with no wrinkles or flattening. This machine comes standard with an easy to use operator touch screen.
Our universal press and hydraulic press brake line combines the capabilities of many individual machines (metal bender, ironworker, punch, rebar bender, brake, sheet metal brakes, brake press, metal forming press, etc.) into one machine. The horizontal press is one of the most flexible machines on the market, allowing the fabricator or iron worker to shear, punch, bend, scroll, and press thousands of different parts. Regarding sheet metal machinery we offer a comprehensive line of fixed and variable angle sheet notchers. Our notching machine has a patented notcher (shear) head that extends blade life and is less likely to move sheet during notching process. This quality sheet metal fabrication equipment can be ordered with the sheet metal punch option. Our sheet metal equipment is simply the best value for the investment. We also offer a patented end mill style tubing notcher (coper) that allows the user to notch up to 3" without additional tooling. The Eccentric Cut metal notcher is like having a pipe notcher and tube notcher all in one, and is powerful enough for chromolly and stainless steel notching. Most tubing notchers on the market are much 50% slower than the Eccentric Cut when it comes to tube notching and pipe notching. Our notcher is a nice complement to our tubing bender and welding positioner.

Some of our band saws have dual descent capabilities so the operator can use the handle and trigger switch for those one off cuts, or switch to the controlled hydraulic descent for cutting multiples. Our Welding positioners act as a fixed welding table or a weld turntable. The model 1800 welding positioner is a must have welding fixture. The model 1800 welding positioner runs on 110 volts and has isolated electronics that protects against an ungrounded machine. Using a DC motor and variable speed drive this weld positioner can be run at the lowest setting without any chatter.
Finally we offer a quality plate beveler for chamfering a welding joint (for seam welding) before the weld or for simply beveling an edge of plate or sheet metal. Our bevelers (bevellers) are a great welding tool for those fabricators who use a lot of metal plate or sheet metal in the production of their end products. Our beveling machine can be fitted with the pipe bevel option if desired making it great for deburring rough surfaces with a small bevel.
